Outdoor Adventures
At Elevate we offer outdoor experiential learning opportunities such as as hiking, biking, and kayaking. Through these outdoor learning experiences, we are able to mentor and talk about leadership topics or the important things in the lives of young Kosovars. One of our core values is beauty, and we see a lot of value in the natural beauty in Kosovo, and the conversations we have in nature. We see our other values of perseverance and encouragement displayed as we reach mountain tops and push ourselves physically.
Leadership Training
Our leadership training is modeled after value-driven leadership. Value-driven leadership is knowing that we can all lead with a sense of purpose with life affirming values. We offer a Spring leadership class that focuses on knowing your own values and emotional intelligence. Our Fall leadership class focuses on communication and conflict resolution.
